I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a flat-screen TV, and a mini fridge bar, and the location was nice and convenient near the port.

I was happy with hotel's magnificent and absolutely perfect location close to the center. The room was bright and spacious and offered a shower, hairdryers, and a bidet, so that guests had essentials. The bathroom was clean here. The staff has always been very flexible and helpful, and the facilities were perfect🙂

The rooms are pristine, well-lit, and equipped with everything you need; the staff is accommodating and adaptable, and the location is ideal, near the port and just a short stroll to the city center.

Exploring the main sights was a breeze from here. We stayed in a double room for 2 nights and it was just what we needed. the bathtubs were a nice touch and added to our enjoyment 💫.

The location here was great because we were super close to the ferry port. We went to Di Matteo for dinner, and it was only a 10-15 minute walk from this venue. 🍕

Oh, and the balcony in another double room was a delightful bonus for enjoying the view. Having an electric kettle was fantastic too, as it made it easy for us to enjoy a cup of tea whenever we wanted.

Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms had soundproofing. But hey, I understand that others might not mind the noise as much and still enjoy their stay.

The rooms at Residenza San Gennaro are fabulous! Each room has its own private bathroom with a shower, which is perfect for a refreshing experience. The air conditioning in the double room is a welcome relief from the Naples heat. And some rooms even have a balcony, providing a lovely view. as a casual and laid-back guest, I really loved the cozy and comfortable feel of the rooms.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the triple room to be a bit lacking. It could be better.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the port and within walking distance to the city center. there is a metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the bathroom was also well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. to the convenient location, the hotel offers facilities such as a daily cleaning service and complimentary tea and coffee, which adds to the overall positive experience.

There were some issues with the soundproofing between rooms, which made it difficult to rest peacefully at times.

The room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a shared espresso machine. The location was convenient, being situated on a main street near a metro station and close to the city center.

Stayed at a charming place with my own private parking spot, so exclusive! They even had a bar, perfect for a fancy drink. And the Italian breakfast was oh so delightful, truly a taste of luxury.

Privacy was overrated, as I got to share my room view with anyone peeking through the door's window. So generous of them.

The host, Pasquale, went above and beyond to help us with our complicated logistics and even stored our luggage after checkout. The facility was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and a clean room every day. We loved the balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. our experience was mind-blowing and we would highly recommend this place for a short or long-term stay.
